Muscle cramps in legs?

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and have been getting these horrible cramps that start at my lower pelvis and down into my leg. Would this be Braxton hicks contractions? Anyone else having any pains like this? It only lasts a min and goes away when I walk it out.
