Ways to relieve anxiety
I am almost 34 weeks and here lately I just cannot deal with everyday stresses. I have a history of anxiety and being preg hasn't been a walk in the park for me. I used to smoke cigs occasionally and drink here n there but I quit after finding out I was preg. I am worried if I will be sane by 40 weeks. I need some techniques to relax or a hobby to preoccupy my time so I don't go crazy. So tired of just sitting at home day after day with nothing to do. I have completed the nursery, organized the clothes, washed everything, and now I just clean everything sparkly clean. I now attend church on Sunday's and that's pretty much all j have to do and that's one time a week. Any one else feel this way? Does anyone have any advice for me?
