Belly button ring?

Question

If you have your belly button pierced, when do you plan to take out the ring or will you? Or have you already?

I've had mine done since I was 13. I'm going to be 26 in July. When I was 19 and was pregnant with my son I left it in the whole time except for delivery because of the incase I needed a c-section. I brought it with me to put it back in afterwards though. I'm now 21w and don't plan on taking it out this time either. So far with my son or this pregnancy I've had no issues.

I took mine out at 20wks put a pregnancy one in and completely wasted my money on it. Didn't work. As my belly has grown, your piercing will too. And anything in that hole will stretch. So I wouldn't gamble and keep it in :/ my sister offered to pay for me to pierce it again lol

I switched to a sports/pregnancy ring. I trimmed it to be a tad shorter than it was and switched between 15 and 20 weeks. I'm now 33 and haven't had a problem. I don't plan on removing it and letting it close.

I'm almost 20 weeks and haven't had to take mine out yet. I plan on keeping it in as long as my tummy allows.

Had to take mine out at 20 weeks it was stretching and getting uncomfortable. I'm praying it doesn't close! May go buy a maternity one.

I do not have one but i had a few friends that did. One put some fishing line in the hole to keep it open and that actually worked although it did allow the hole to shrink a bit so she had to work to get it back in. The other friend bought the bendable plactic pieces that you get to when you need to make any piercing less noticeable (like for jobs) that worked fine for her. If you make sure you put lotion on the skin that should help too so it don't get dry and irritated when the skin starts to get tight around it.

I'm keeping mine in fire awhile then will randomly or it back through till I deliver.
Did it with my first child & it didn't close up. Prob helps that I've had it in for 10 years.

I took mine out around 11 weeks because the rubbing was uncomfortable. I got mine pierced at 18 and left it out for nearly a year in college without it closing so I'm not worried.  I just make sure the whole stays clean and poke a ring through from time to time.

I've had mine pierced for 4 years now I will take it out if and when it starts to get uncomfortable
