Anyone out there who has already gone through pregnancy?
Since I found out I was pregnant I've gained 5 pounds (or about 2.3 kg) I'm reaching near the end of my first trimester. Should I be gaining more weight? I eat normal portions, healthy foods and snacks, lots of water- no juice, barely any caffeine (maybe a cup of coffee every 2 weeks), Lots of fruits and veg. And the occasional craving. But I'm not obsessing about eating loads or not eating at all (that's just not me anyways bc I love food). Should I be gaining more or am I just at a good rate??
