Exercising & period delay
Has anyone here ever had their period delay due to exercising 2-5 hours daily 6-7 days a week??
I still eat a lot, especially carb and protein, I'm staying healthy. I'm not trying to lose weight or anything. I'm just dealing with some issues and spending a lot of time in the gym helps me clear my head.
But my period is over a week late now (for the first time since i can remember) and I'm kinda worried.
