Does Vitex actually work?

Was curious if anyone on here has had success by taking Vitex. My husband and I have been TTC since January and have tried Preseed, the Stork, taking prenatals, laying on my back for 10 minutes after bd, and now my doctor has put me on Medroxyprogesterone for 5 days. I'm wanting to try Vitex but don't want to waste my time if it's not worth it.

I heard it works wonders! I am on Vitex myself I'm new to it so I can't tell you a lot about it. But I've seen reviews and it's suppose to help with irregular cycles and help with ovulating. I do know that woman who have normal cycles are not recommended to take Vitex for it can mess with their cycles. I take it 3 times a day. Lots of baby dust! 😁😁✨👶
