I called in yesterday to express my interest in the noninvasive tests and to see what the next steps were. Nurse calls back after they have closed and left voicemail. I call back and I get rerouted to the answering service for after hours.... I call this morning (thank god I did). Nurse confuses me with another patient and said that SHE called me because I had an ovarian cyst. I asked her my questions about the noninvasive tests and she said to call back and schedule an appointment. She called me Diana at one point and it didn't register until after. 10 minutes ago I get a call back and she says that she is sorry but she somehow confused myself with this other patient Diana... Then says not to worry I don't have any ovarian cysts and will see her for my appointment Monday for the blood tests... Ummmm
