My husband and I have a 2.5 year old son and are hoping our second will be a girl. I've read online that the girl sperm are slower than boy sperm, but can survive for longer (2 - 4 days). I'm supposed to ovulate on Sunday (I've also confirmed this with an ovulation test). I'm wondering if 1 - 2 days before ovulation is too close to conceive a girl? Anyone have any luck with this method of trying?
