HPT BFN can i still get a BFP from blood work?

I've read that this can happen but would like more insite. Have any of you ladies experienced this? Im 6 days late for AF and no sign of her. Every test says BFN. I have egg white/watery cm but no spotting at all. Could I be pregnant but only show up on blood work!?!? Help!!

I've seen several posts on Glow about this. I don't want to give you false information so best bet is to wait until the blood test. It might be a good idea to get checked out too. Try to relax and stay calm. Everything will work out!

How's everyone doing!?!? Rachel I still haven't gotten a period I keep trying to put it out of my mind but I keep feeling symptoms. My boobs are killing me and every morning now I have to pee soooo bad it hurts feels like my bladder is going to burts. But I don't want to think about it cuz I get my hopes up. Have you taken a test? Do you feel any symptoms? This is so hard lol never thought about the process being so tough on our emotions
