In my 39th week on May 27th at 2am my water broke. I rushed to the hospital. I was having minute contractions 3-5 mins apart yet somehow wasnt dilated. I wasnt progressing for awhile. They gave me medicine to help soften & shorten my cervix & get me to at least 3 cm so they could then start giving me pitocin to speed it up. However that didnt work after 24 hrs of meds! I only got to one & a half cm. & since my water was broken so long & i couldnt progress they decided to call it. I then got a c section at noon on May 28. She was born at 12:31pm. 6 pounds 14 ounces. 19 1/2 inches long. It was painful at first bc the epidural ddnt kick in fully when they started the c section. & the healing process has been absolutely dreadful. However its all been worth it. Im so in love w my beautiful Skyah Rose Blossom 👶✨ shes def daddys lil twin!
