All day sickness
I have been getting the morning (all day) sickness and it's starting to wear on me. I've heard eating protein every two hours helps, but the thought of meat or certain foods make me even more nauseous and nuts and pb give me heartburn. (I know- I'm even annoyed at myself right now- lol) I'll be 8 weeks tomorrow and have been feeling terrible for the past two and a half weeks.. Did not have it this bad with my first. Anyone have any other suggestions to make it through??
