Confused about my weeks!

Hi everyone,

I need help in determining how many weeks I am. I just tested for HPT positive. The first day of my last period is 4/30 and it stopped on 5/5. So what does it means when people asked... What's the first day of last menstural period? Is it the 4/30 or 5/5? Thank you guys so much for the input!
