Is there a way to search for a specific topic that I want to see if someone has commented on rather than having to scroll through all of the posts? For instance, if I have a question about a certain medication or symptom, I would like to just search for it and see all the current posts about that. I couldn't find a way to do this but I could be missing it. Thanks.
