Last night I couldn't sleep at all due to pains in my stomach. They were kind of like cramps, but also could be sharp/pinching pains at times too. I haven't had any bleeding, but very worried about what this may be?!  I also haven't went to the bathroom in three days. Could that be it? This is my first baby so in always worried. I'm 10 weeks now, but still have a few more weeks before my next appointment. Should I be worried?
