Mine did feel like my period was coming on...maybe even a little stronger. They were strong and pretty regular for 5 days or so, then off and on for a few weeks after that.

I'm in the same position  my cramps don't feel like pms cramps though. More dull and the were constant from the day after ovulation till about cd 23 and on and off for the last few days  I do have sore boobs and I'm extremely emotional. So hopefully this is our month and pre seed helped us

Mine were constant for 4 days, then on & off until 6 weeks. They started at 11dpo.

Yep, they did. Not sure how long they lasted because I took Tylenol assuming AF was about to show.
