What does this mean

I had sex a couple days before my period and my boyfriend came in me. Then I got my period 12-16 and every since after my period I haven't been myself. I.have headaches, stomach aches, stomach cramps/abdominal pain,nasusea, sleeping. If I had my period why am I spotting this?
