TMI but I'm pregnant and I constantly smell..

blood when I'm urinating. I can't tell if it's my urine that smells that way or if it's my body but it smells like menstruation. I'm 14+3 weeks pregnant and at first it didn't seem like a big deal but it's been over a week and now I'm wondering if I should be concerned? Anyone experience this or have any insight?

I would of went to the doctor the day I saw blood, don't wait that long

Maybe a kidney infection. I had one when I was pregnant with my first. I also had back pain but my urine smelt different and was so strong.
