Thoughts on flying after receiving your BFP?

First time pregnant and got my BFP 2 weeks ago so I'm 6 weeks along... I have to fly for work this week - I'm assuming this is safe but wanted to hear other opinions / stories. I feel like a crazy paranoid person- I keep questioning all my actions since getting my positive.

isn't it only for late term pregnant women that it's an issue? only bc of the possibility of going in to  labor in flight or away from home?

Answer

I flew when I was 7-8 weeks along. Had no issues whatsoever. If it's a longer flight just make sure you get up and stretch your legs and drink plenty of water.
