Idk if it's true, but I heard talking prenatal vitamins, even when not pregnant, can help with skin/hair/nails. Does anyone know if I can do this, doing both the BC pills with prenatal vitamins? I'm not very active, and the main reason I'm doing the BC pills is to regulate my period. Just curious 😌
