So if me and my SO use the pullout method and plan b on the day after my period is over, how effective are my chances of avoiding pregnancy? I know there is always a chance but am I significantly lowering my chances? I would take plan b as soon as we finished.

Plan B is for emergencies, it's not good for you and you shouldn't be planning ahead to take one. That's so irresponsible. If it's that big of a deal to use a damn condom, don't have sex.

There'd be no reason to take the plan b... The odds of you getting pregnant the day after your period are already very low, and of you're going to pull out anyway then you'll be fine. Wet don't pull out the day after my period and I've been doing it that way for over a year.

Chances of you getting pregnant the day after your period are significantly low. On top of that you will take plan b & your chances will decrease more. Plan b prevents ovulation when you have had unprotected sex. If you take plan b within 72 hours of unprotected sex you will be fine & not need to worry about pregnancy. Hope this helps!

Plan b works by delaying ovulation by which time u would have already. Pull out is used a lot but should never be trusted as a regular birth control method. Plan b should only be took in emergencies though. If its something u take regularly, u need to stop and start on a regular birth control method. The hormones of plan b are extremely high and its nor good to have those in your system all the time.

You shouldn't be planning to take Plan B. It's meant for things like the condom breaking. It's a large dose of the same hormones that are in birth control pills and can cause side effects.
