Is it a bad idea to have unprotected sex the day you start your new pack of birth control pills (so right after your period) ?? But use the withdrawal method?

If it's not your first time taking birth control then you should be fine. Birth control pills are 99% effective in preventing pregnancy with perfect use, and about 92% effective with typical use.

As long as you've been taking your pills on time, you are still covered during the inactive week.

I wouldn't recommend in general, but if you mean literally like 1-3 days directly after your period, then you aren't even in your fertile week yet and won't be able to get pregnant yet because there is no egg released yet. You cannot get pregnant every single day of the month. But, as always, use caution.
