I got a positive opk on cd 11 and again on cd 12 (cd 11 was a light positive while cd 12 the test line was WAY darker than the control). I am 4 dpo and have been having weird almost af like cramps for the last 3 days. Today it has been more of a pressure on my hips and a stabbing in my left/middle pelvic area. This is the first time I've had these pains while ttc. Could this be a sign that we've finally conceived??
