It's bloat! Your body is getting used to the fact that you are pregnant and won't be having your period. I was very big around 5 weeks and it was just bloat. It will go away!:)

You are fine, it's mostly bloat anyways and normal to look that size

Have you had an ultrasound yet? Here they do one at 8wks and you find out then if it's multiples! Every single women and pregnancy is different. I gained all my weight my first and second trimester. Haven't gained an ounce since.
