14 Hour flight and pregnant with twins!

Hi Ladies

I was just wondering if anyone has travelled long distances while pregnant with twins? I have a 14 hour flight coming up. I will be 23 weeks and back at 25 weeks. Will I be fine? I have booked a business seat. My doc said its fine but I'm still wanting some insight from other twin mommies.
