Visible baby movement?

1. When you first felt baby

2. When someone else first felt baby

3. When you could SEE baby's movements from the outside

I'm at 23 weeks now and first felt small movement at 15 weeks then 17 weeks and they became consistent around 20 weeks. My fiancé first felt out daughter moving at 20 weeks and now she is so strong and active I feel like she's almost constantly moving! For the past week I have been able to see her movements and kicks from the outside. Even rolling movements not just straight kicks! Is this early or normal? I'm not worried, I love it, I just wasn't expecting such strong movements so quickly! 💕
