What would you do?

So I accepted a job about 3 weeks ago and they've been extremely slow about actually putting me on the schedule.

I went in to get put into the computer and they tell me that I'll have to change my out of state license (military spouse) to be able to work. After dropping that on me, i was told along with my assigned job as a Shift manager I will have to run delivery as well.. I called the DMV I'd have to change my actual license plates and license. Total costing just barely under $400... I've already dropped $135 on the Manager slacks, belt and special shoes I was required to have before starting.. I'm about to just walk away because I feel like they're trying to pay me for one job and not the other. What are yall thoughts?
