Allergy medicine that's safe for pregnancy?

I used to take allergy medicine that barely helped at all, but my allergies are making me miserable 😔. Anyone know any allergy medicine I can take while pregnant? It's mainly sneezing and stuffy nose and my eyes watering all of the time.

My doc ok'd all these medications.

Sudafed and I think Benadryl but not until the second trimester. Pretty much all medications aren't 'safe' until the second trimester.

Claritin... Most OBs are okay with Sudafed

I found those drugs listed never helped me. I went to an allergist, and she put me on meds I could continue taking after I got pregnant. Now I take one pill a day and a nose spray. It took two tries before we found medication that worked well for me, and now I feel like a normal person! Try an allergist if you need meds now or those meds don't work out for you!
