Help!

Okay ladies last year I had 3 miscarriages, in January I had surgery to remove a polyp/fibroid the size of my fist which was believed to be causing the miscarriages. I had done 3 rounds of clomid and still haven't gotten pregnant! We really would like to start our family. Any suggestions? Has anybody else had this problem and if so what did you do? What did your doctors suggest?
