Is it normal to ovulate on day 23 with a 32 day cycle?

On the chart I made it shows that My fertile window is 14-20 days of my cycle. I am ovulating today on day 23 of my cycle. I have a 32 day cycle. Is this normal?

stress has a big influence on your cycle.  The past month I had a 33 cycle and I ovulated on day 20th.  This month I ovulated yesterday (day 14th of my Cycle) that's mean that I probably will have a cycle of 28 days. I can tell that I was so anxious and stressed the past month wishing to get pregnant.  This month I'm feeling more calm.

I don't know if it's normal but ovulation occurs 10 to 14 days before your next period. So you're only a day off from average... According to Glow, I also ovulate around 9 days before.
