Pre-pregnancy and pregnancy diet

Hey ladies. I'm mostly vegetarian (eat a lot of vegan food at home) but I was wondering what your diet consists of being pregnant or before you got pregnant. I know a meatless diet lacks certain things and I just want to know what you if anything you changed(added more of or something). I'm afraid that I may be missing something although I do take a vitamin each day and eat pretty good I think. 
Someone suggested that I add wild caught fresh fish to my diet and I don't think I could. 
I think (really really really hope) that I'm pregnant now. Waiting a few more days to take a test. 
Any thoughts welcome
