Ultrasound at 5 weeks anyone???

Tomorrow I am having my first ultrasound and I will be exactly 5 weeks and 2 days....has anyone else had one this early? What can I expect to see? Thanks for any replies.....

Honestly if you can reschedule I would, most obgyns will not do it until 8 weeks.  We were not as far along as we thought and we ended up only being 5.5 and we had to go back two weeks later.  They just can not tell you much until at least eight weeks.  Unless you just want a verification of pregnancy that is all our doctor would say.  We did get an ultrasound though, they said the heartbeat doesn't develop until 5.5 though.  Good luck!

I did at 5 weeks 2 days. All we saw was a sac, but we knew it was something...

I had my ultrasound at 6w1d, and I got to hear the heart beat :) see if you can go next week!

I'd want to wait until 7 or 8 weeks, my doctor didn't want to do one super early, we called and they said to wait like a month and my daughter still looked super small on the ultrasound lol. I was 7w4d.
I guess it'd still be amazing to see though. I'd be excited hahah
