I am 7 weeks and a day, today i went to my drs appointment and he did an ultrasound and we didnt see a baby, is it too soon? Also ive been spotting nothing major with no pain. How many weeks were you when you had your first ultrasound and showed a baby? & was it vaginal or just a regular ultrasound?

6 weeks 1 day we saw it and heard the heartbeat.

I saw my baby at 5+6.(According to her size ). She had a heart beat and everything. That being said I thought I was around 8 weeks. According to those dates I found out I was pregnant around 5 days past ovulation (which is unheard of). You right have done something similar. :)

I saw my baby at 7 weeks transvaginally after seeing an empty sac at 5.5 weeks.

I ovulated late & didn't know it I went to 3 diff ultrasound first no sac, then a sac with no baby, last ultrasound there was a baby & they told me I was 6 weeks you could be off a week

I had mine done at 6w 5 days and there was a baby on both the abdominal and vaginal. I don't mean to scare you though. Is there any way your dates are off?
