Real? False?

So this is my second pregnancy (only reason I knew I was in labor with 1st is because they told me) I will be 33 weeks on Friday, for the past few days I have been having severe contractions in my back and side to the point I can't even leave bed, they stay for a couple hours at 3-4 min apart but won't happen for hours, pretty sure I lost my mucus plug on Monday. Baby has been dropping more and more each day, and there has been a lot of deceased movement. Just hoping I can make it thru til Friday when my doctor is back in the office and go to my appointment. Any thoughts appreciated.
