I went through a miscarriage in April and then in May I luckily started my period right on time. I am in my green week and me and the hubby have been hoping this can be our month with a rainbow baby🌈
I also wanted to say I hope all of you get your BFP this cycle. And here are the things I did to get my BFP the first time.
Drank Pomegranate juice for 2 weeks before my green week
Had been taking my prenatal vitamins for about a month prior
Ate healthy and high in fiber foods
Exercise but not vigorously
KEY TIP!!! - we had sex only once that week. And it was 2 days before the peak ovulation day. Had sex March 2 then ovulated March 4th.
Took a cheap 88cent pregnancy test the day my period was supposed to start and bam!
We had been trying a 1 1/2 years so we were very excited. Unfortunately I lost the baby at about 5 weeks:/
