Cycle buddies needed! Only one tube. af due 6/17!

Hello all! My name is Bridgett. I am ttc baby #1 with one tube after ectopic. Unfortunately im ovultaing out of the wrong side this month, but still trying! I had 2 positive opks yesterday and the day before plus an ultra sound. It's so hard staying optimistic for me. :( any help would be appreciated!
