Breathing at night
I've read about pregnancy stuff nose (excess fluid and something about enflamed glands). (I also have mild seasonal allergies this month) Makes daily life and working out a little more challenging. But it's beginning to really affect my sleep. If I do sleep through the night, I wake up with a suuuuuper dry mouth. Any tips on dealing with this?
