My Dr. Said she will check to see if I am dilating at my next appt next week. I'll be 37 weeks. Ftm & kind of nervous.. Does this process hurt? What can I expect? Thanks.

It's def uncomfortable because it feels like a great deal of pressure but it's not unbearable and only lasts a moment!

It's not painful and it's very quick. It feels the same as when you get checked during a pap.
