Breast milk storage???

I posted this in first time moms with no help...anyone?!?! 😁

Answer

During a breast feeding class I took, they suggested milk is good in the refrigerator for 3-5 days, refrigerator freezer for 6 months, and a chest freezer or deep freeze for a year.  Hope that helps.
