Hemorrhagic cyst still bleeding

I have been bleeding pretty heavy for 12 days now (14 but first 2 days were very very light spotting). I went to the ER a week ago and they told me I was pregnant, but just 4 weeks. I went for the bleeding. I went back 2 days later to make sure HCG levels were increasing and they were. I have an ultrasound scheduled 6 days from now and I will be 6 weeks pregnant. They told me at ER that it could be an ectopic pregnancy but they also so a hemmorhagic cyst so it might just be that bleeding. But bleeding for 2 weeks? Should I be concerned that I haven't stopped? I am passing blood clots daily too. I don't want anything to happen to the baby. Should I wait for my appointment?
