Confused

So yesterday I noticed that my clitoris and vulva are sore and red and swollen and bc it's swollen kinda itchy.  It's not like a yeast infection and I can't get in to the doc until Monday. Advil and Benadryl have helped with the irritation but not the swelling. It looks pretty weird down there and I'm wondering if anyone has ever has this or knows what this or what else I could do to relieve it. There is no discharge but sometimes a clear leakage? Kinda like discharge.
