Pregnant on Prozac

I need some reassurance ladies. I am 5 weeks 5 days and my doctor recently needed to increase my Prozac from 60-80 mg. My last pregnancy I was on 40 mg and my little man is doing great and had no complications. My doctor has okayed the increase in meds because my anxiety has gotten way worse and it is obvious that I need it. I just want some positive words of encouragement that everything will be ok and hear from any mommas who have been on a high dose. Thanks!
