31 weeks and 6days

I went to a ultrasound today cause my doctor was worried cause I was not gain weight I went in and everything was fine my little man weigh is 4 pounds is that to big and top if of she said the pain I was having like really bad back pain and having a lot of pressure down there it's cause his head is  very low and in place and is on my spine should I be worried that he will come soon
