Not sure
I don't want to sound like everyone who asks "am I pregnant" without taking a test because I know that's the only way to tell but.. I am on BC and I am on day 5 of week 4. I usually start my period on pill day 3. Yesterday I almost threw up and today I am having cramping in my lower stomach and back pain but I'm not bleeding. I try to take my pill everyday at the same time. How late can a period be when your on BC?
