Iron supplements
26 wk preg. Due to lower iron levels, my doctor just prescribed me an "iron, folic acid, and vitamin b12" combo supplement. I've only taken them 2 days now and feel terrible. Any tips on enduring the side affects? (Terrible upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea, light headed)
I'm supposed to take them 20 minutes before breakfast. I could try taking them with a meal but wouldn't that decrease the absorption?
