Spinal shot during c section

I been doing research On google they say that you feel sick with an epidural than with a spinal shot but I also heard that a spinal shot lowers your blood pressure causing you to feel nauseous and vomit during c section and it kinda freaks me out lol the thing what freaks me out is because you can't get up to vomit 😓... with my first c section I had an epidural cause I was induced but stopped  at 4 centimeters wouldnt dilate anymore..and the epidural made me have dry heaves and mild nausea....now this time its a schedule c section I have to have a spinal no matter what never had a spinal ...so my question is does a spinal make you feel worst or an epidural...I want to know your c section experiences thank you
