Early Signs or PMS

Am I the only one who get their hopes up thinking sore boobs, fatigue, back pain etc. means "baby on board" whole time it's only my period on its way. Almost every month I go through the motions it's so confusing and irritating btw. All the signs of early pregnancy is the same symptoms I have before my period... How do I know the difference??? Anyone with me on this? AF Due 6/8 hoping not to see her.
