So I'm confused. Pics added.

I thought I ovulated already [ewcm &pain] but I went ahead and bought some opks. Took one yesterday and then again today (glow says I'm supposed to O on the 7th) I'm not sure if they're progressing or decreasing. So I took a pregnancy test and I swear I see a super faint line. Anyone else see it? pregnancy test is on top the opks are together bottom
