Tourette's and pregnancy...

I have a type of Tourette's (so my neurologist says; ekg didn't pick up seizure activity...) I have spells of jerking and twitching all over; mainly generalized in the left side of my body... Main time I have these episodes is when I get upset... I'm still on my meds for it; but still have episodes. Just not as bad as normal... I'm having a rather severe episode as we speak... And it's making me hurt... Anyone else going through this or anything similar?? Advice on how I can lessen the severity and pain would be very much appreciated!
