Sitting with your legs crossed is not ideal for your circulation, just the same as slouching in a chair isn't the best for your back but that's all. Don't worry yourself, lots of people will have lots of opinions on your pregnancy, you do what's best and comfortable for you. Enjoy baby baking ☺

I've also been told that crossing your legs can cause the baby to be breach. Idk if it was a coincidence, but I constantly sit with my legs crossed & baby boy is breach right now.

I always sit with my legs crossed and although it's bad for your circulation, I haven't had any swelling in my feet or anything at all and I'm now 34 weeks.
