Is everything ok?

So Thursday my SO and I were having sex and I looked down and saw bright red blood. I instantly freaked out and went to the hospital. I got a pelvic done and they said my cervix just got irritated and everything looked fine. She told me to expect to spot a little when I wipe because there was alot of blood up there. It's Sunday now and I'm still seeing blood. Only difference is that it is a brown color. I'm still having all of my pregnancy symptoms. Do you think it is something to worry about? Btw, I am 6 weeks and 6 days.
